Guest Facilities

Our One Bedroom Suites are furnished and decorated individually & uniquely for a relaxing and homey feel. With small and efficient kitchens stocked with basic cooking and serving ware, customers tell us those comfortable, at home meals and easy snacks really help to keep their vacation costs inline.

The mattresses are queen-size, both in the bedroom and in the living room sofa-sleeper. There are two snug bunks in the hall, great fun and good sleeping for the little ones.

There’s a full bath with tub and shower. All condo rental rooms are efficient, quiet, and have air conditioning. Laundry facilities are located on every floor with elevators down the hall.

Vacation Condo Rental Suite Amenities
Kitchen - Each unit has a kitchen that is equipped with the following items: dishes, silverware, coffeemaker, toaster, can opener, pots and pans, cutting knives, serving utensils, and glassware. Additionally, each unit includes a refrigerator and microwave oven.

Villa Beach Facilities - Corpus Christi Beach Walking, fishing or tanning is easy because we are located right on the beach.
Swimming Pools / Hot Tubs on Premises - Two swimming pools and two children’s pools are located in the front of the 1st and 3rd buildings. The pool at the first building is heated in the winter time. Two Hot Tubs are located in front of building 2.

BBQ Areas - There are 4 barbeque area available. Please inquire as to location of each.

Parking - There are nine acres of guest parking available with several handicap accessible ramps and entrances.

Gift Shop - We have a gift shop conveniently located downstairs in the lobby where you may purchase; personal effects, beach wear, towels, beach gear, gifts and various other items.

Vending Machines
Soft Drink and snack machines are located at elevator lobbies in each building. Newspaper machines are on ground level, across from the Front Desk. Ice machines are located in each building for guest use.

Laundry - Laundry facilities (coin operated washers and dryers) are located on every floor in each building on the bay front end.

Fax & Copies - Fax service is available at the Front Desk. There is a fee for incoming and outgoing faxes. The fax number is (361) 883-7537.

Pets - Pets are allowed at the owner’s discretion with these rules enforced:
No more than two pets that are under 20 lbs. with their up to date records.
There’s a $20 non-refundable pet fee for guest that are here for less than 30 days and a $50 non-refundable pet fee for guest that are here for longer than 30 days.
WINTER TEXANS who? - “Summer with us” in the fall, winter and early spring.
