Cleaning List:
Kitchen-
Clean dishes in sink. Scrub counter top, wipe down top of freezer, oven, dishwasher, clean top stove, inside and out microwave, sweep and mop all floors. Examine and clean all visible area(s). Outside cabinets. Always shine sink when done.
Living Room
Pick up all "kitchenware" and return it to the kitchen, wipe down all tables and flat surfaces, polish all wood furniture, and vacuum the floors.
Dining Room
Polish and dust china hutch and storage chest, not inside. Wipe down all other affected areas. Careful using polish may not be good for fancy dining table.
Family Room
Pick up all "kitchenware" and return it to the kitchen, wipe down all tables and flat surfaces, polish all wood furniture, and vacuum the floors. Glass clean tables or where needed.
Stairs
Thoroughly vacuum all stairs. Wipe down railings.
Upstairs Common Areas/Bedrooms, upon request
Thoroughly vacuum all areas.
Bathrooms
Disinfect all areas, Scrub shower, toilet, counter top, sink, mirror/glass, and sweep and mop floor.
Basement (Common areas)
Upon request
Total House
Go to all areas and inspect for complete job. Shine where needed and in all sinks and faucet heads. Work on baseboards and blinds in areas each visit.
Floors - All floors, including Hardwood are cleaned with the same cleaner that is safe on all floors (usually Murphy Wood Oil Soap or Meyer's Cleaning products) Please let me know if you have a floor cleaner preference.
Clean with HOT water (Always Mop Hot water), rinse with COLD!
Environmentally Friendly - upon request
Otherwise we use, Pledge, Windex, Simple Green, Comet, Stainless Steel cleaner and other products.
Here are some extras we can do: (Let me know when you need extra time please)
Inside Fridge - I have a product specifically safe around food, toys, children's items etc.
Stove: Please let me know if it is a self-clean oven and if you prefer environ-friendly cleanser.
Inside and out of cabinets and drawers, wipe and vacuum out crumbs.
Baseboards Blinds and inside windows (We rotate this each visit when given enough time, basic cleanings sometimes does not allow time for this)
All sliding glass doors inside and out (actually we do this every time)
Any smudges on walls
Light fixtures
Ceiling fans
