Tsuki Kage Ryu 2.04

TSUKI KAGE RYU is a school of Japanese martial arts that has been operating at the Potrero Hill Neighborhood House since 1987.

With an emphasis on traditional karate, TKR also explores the arts of aikido and kobudo. The school has been basically free for over twenty-five years with the exception of a $20 monthly stipend for use of the facility.

TKR has a strong lineage through our parent organization, International Kwanmukan http://kwanmukan.us. Although we practice all facets of traditional Japanese arts, including sparring, our priority is the health and development of all of our practitioners in a safe and friendly atmosphere. Doors are open to the public for 3 classes per week. Also check out our friends holding iai classes, (traditional Japanese sword practice), once per week.
