Hearty, sloppy, absolutely delicious. Words that perfectly describe the infamous overstuffed, Philly Cheese Steaks that one can only find at Trivelli’s Hoagies. For the nearly 4 decades those in the Colorado Springs area have become very familiar with the food at Trivelli’s that is only made the Mama Trivelli way.

Mama Trivelli always used the finest and freshest ingredients and while many things have changed at Trivelli’s Hoagies, that is one think that has not and will not ever change. All of our food is prepared fresh and made with locally sourced ingredients when possible. We also use Callicrate Beef that is sliced fresh every day and is melt in your mouth tender. The Amorosa Rolls are flown directly from Philadelphia. Lastly, our Sara Sausage is made right here in Colorado and is of the same quality as everything else we serve.
