The purpose of Trinity United Methodist Church is to cultivate and nurture the Spirit of Christ within our church family and to extend this Christian ministry to our community and the World.

Our history dates back to 1825, when our congregation began as the first Methodist class in Evansville. Each week we gather in our beautiful English Gothic sanctuary, built during the Civil War. Regardless of one’s age, race, life-story, or standpoint, each unique individual is welcomed within our church.
