Total Commitment Tattooing started in East Conemaugh in 2008. We have recently moved to the Ollies Complex in Richland around the corner from C Gil's Shoes. Total Commitment is a custom tattoo shop offering one of a kind pieces. We were voted Simply the Best Tattoo Parlor in 2014. Owner Frank Sandoval is also a medium and when he does memorial pieces for your loved ones he is able to connect you to them. He is referred to as "The Tattoo Medium."
