A variety of agencies and non-profit groups partner to present a full menu of workforce services. The Workforce Center is managed by Heartland Works, Inc., a private non-profit that also provides many of the services in the Center. With its partners, Heartland Works, Inc. follows federal regulations under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) to ensure our supporting grant funds are efficiently, effectively and appropriately invested.
