GENERAL INFORMATION:
All meetings are held at the Clubhouse, unless otherwise announced.

Regular meetings are held the first Monday of each month, except in September or any month when the first Monday is a holiday when they are held the second Monday. There are no regular meetings in July or August. Guests are welcome.

Regular Meeting times:
Social Time: 10:00 am
Business meeting: 10:45 am followed by lunch
Program: 1:00 pm
Bring your own lunch, unless otherwise announced. Coffee, tea and dessert provided. The cost is $1.50.

Board of Directors meetings are held on the third Monday of the month at 1:00 pm. The board does not meet in June, July, or December. In August, the Board meets on the last Monday at 1:00 pm.

The deadline for Newsletter entries is the close of each monthly Board of Directors meeting, unless otherwise arranged with the Newsletter Editor.

The Club’s fundraisers are a paper shredding held in the spring and a craft boutique held in the fall. Check the calendar to confirm date/time. All members and guests are welcome.

Snow: Any day that schools in Arlington are closed due to inclement weather, all meetings of the Woman’s Club of Arlington will automatically be cancelled. If the president decides the roads are too dangerous for members to travel, she may cancel the meeting even though Arlington schools are open.
