Nynorsk Farms strives to keep all things we create local and natural. We are known for our fresh milled whole grain breads milled with organic heritage grains. All breads are hand kneaded and made in small careful batches. Each artisanal bread is unique and created just for you.
We also cure and smoke different grass fed and pasture raised meats in the old traditional way called Spekeri (the Scandinavian way). You can find us at certain local farmers markets, or you can call, email or message me for the current offerings!
