The Aurora/Denver campus, also called the Lowry campus for its location on the former Lowry Air Force Base, is the largest of The New America School campuses.
It opened in August 2004, and has grown today to serve more than 500 students. In addition to Principal Annie Trujillo and Assistant Principal and Dean Tim Mullins, Lowry has about 20 teachers, two academic counselors and three office staff.
The Lowry campus features a relationship with the Community College of Aurora, in which NAS students who qualify can take classes, free of charge.
