Every year for the last 10 years I have ranked in the top 1% of REALTORS® in the Westchester Multiple Listing System (MLS). I currently rank in the top 10 out of over 7,000 agents in our MLS for closed sales year-to-date. In fact I sell a home every week. I have been serving the area as a professional REALTOR® since 1995.

In addition to being a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) I am also a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). I now help many of my clients who are in financial trouble avoid foreclosure. In 2010 I became a national instructor for the Distressed Property Institute to teach the CDPE course. I now travel around the country training Realtors® to help their clients avoid foreclosure and work through the short sale process to a successful completion.
