Packages for Events

Two Consecutive Days Event for 100 guests or more (A)
$1800
Rental times:
*First day 1 to 10 pm
*Second day 10 am to 12 midnight
Above hours include decorating, rehearsals, vendor set-ups, etc.
Includes:
*20 tables
*120 chairs
*20 floor length tablecloths (black, white, ivory)
*Final Cleaning and furniture set-up by Legacy staff
*2 hours for bridal photos at building (date/time to be arranged with director)
***Cleaning does not include removal of decorations or food. Client is responsible for that.
***Does not include use of sound system and/or projector. ***
***If additional tables are needed, they may be rented at $5 each.***
***Additional hours may be rented at a cost of $120 an hour***

Above hours include decorating, rehearsals, vendor set-ups, etc. Extra hours will be billed at $120 per hour.
Hours do not have to be consecutive (depending upon building availability

The Legacy may be rented for building use only at the price of $1300.

*Access to bridal suite
*Does NOT include tables, chairs and tablecloths

***Cleaning does not include removal of decorations or food. Client and vendors are responsible for removal of items not belonging to The Legacy***
