The Haven Institute 2.92

Stephanie Rae (the former Executive Director of The Avena Institute) and I (an entrepreneur fond of soap and lip balm) founded Haven in the fall of 2008. Haven was born out of our friendship and our love for the exploration of consciousness, deepened between 2004 to 2008 when we met weekly to discuss our personal and spiritual development.

It was during these years of exploration that we happened upon the nonprofit Monroe Institute (TMI), and by listening to TMI's audio technology "Hemi-Sync", found that we could explore and expand our consciousness like never before. It was easy, safe, and often, our Hemi-Sync experiences were simply nothing short of astounding.

It wasn't long before we became affiliated with TMI, as members of the Professional Division and as Certified Facilitators (aka: instructors or trainers). Then we launched Haven to share it all, transforming CJ's business offices into a center where the exploration of consciousness could take center stage in a space which enhanced and supported these wonderful adventures.

We use Hemi-Sync in almost all our programs because just by listening, doors to seemingly endless levels of awareness can be safely and easily accessed by anyone, and from these expanded states of awareness, we can explore and heal and transform and transcend and accomplish, and experience profound life-changing things.

Life really can be an amazing adventure in self discovery!
