Rooted in the time-honored recipes of her ancestors, the restaurateur has culled popular dishes from various districts throughout her homeland, some of which are unique to the U.S. While she stays true to their authenticity, Hannah sources local ingredients to enhance and contemporize each dish’s overall spectrum of flavor.
