Thai cuisine is a subtle interplay of five taste sensations: sweet, sour, hot, salty, and neutral. Southeastern Asian spices and seasonings imprint Thai cooking with their distinctive flavors.

These include: lemongrass, coriander root and leaves, the kaffir lime, kha root and some of the hottest and flavorful chilies. Their unique flavors give way for many appetizing dishes.

Please note that Thai food is very highly seasoned. We will be happy to accommodate individual taste as much as we can without losing the integrity of a dish. We have taken great pride in preparing the Thai cuisine you are about to experience and hope you find it as enjoyable as we do.
