"I always joke that in my past life I was Mexican" There is nothing more simple and more satisfying than a taco ! I have spent part of my life living and working in Mexico and I fell in love with the food, with the culture not to mention with the people! Growing up in Texas I had a wonderful Mexican nanny and all Texans are spoiled with great Mexican food in almost every corner.
