Bootcamp - SURFCORE is a fun, surf inspired circuit based 45 minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) class that uses a combination of strength, cardiovascular exercises to sculpt and define your body burn up to 1,000 calories in a single session.
Hula for kids - At SURFCORE fitness we are also honored to share the gift of hula with your child as s/he learns coordination, grace and teamwork through working on both modern and traditional hula in the keiki (children’s) class.
