Our vacation home at Dale Hollow Lake is just 2 minutes away from Sunset Marina (the best marina on the lake), and is tucked away in a peaceful wilderness setting providing a relaxing “cabin in the woods” feeling. Our home is complete with 2 private bedrooms, a large loft kids suite with 2 twin beds, and a lower recreation area with a mini bar and a set of twin bunk beds allowing you to very comfortably accommodate 8 guests. The main floor has a fully furnished kitchen, a breakfast bar with bar stool seating for 4 and a separate dining table for family meals. You will also find hardwood floors throughout the main level, wood plank ceilings, a laundry room with washer and dryer, central heat and air. The home also boasts 3 full bathrooms, one attached to the master bedroom, another on the main floor connected to the main living area, and another on the lower level right next to the 2nd bedroom. All of this, plus a covered front porch and a 2-story wrap-around deck overlooking Dale Hollow Lake!! Both the main level and the lower level provide multiple glass-pane doors for easy access to nature. The decks are outfitted with rocking chairs, a picnic table, bar table, gas grill, charcoal smoker, and an outdoor fire pit.

Crystal clear Dale Hollow Lake, nestled in the foothills of the Cumberland Mountains with 620 miles of shoreline and 48 square miles of surface area, is a boater’s paradise! It is widely considered one of the cleanest lakes in the United States with very little of its shorelines developed, leaving the shores pristine with natural beauty. A full range of lake water sports and activities are available close by including fishing, waterskiing, boating, scuba-diving, jet-skis, swimming, and hiking. There are numerous and varied species of fish, including some of the best sustained bass population in Kentucky and Tennessee.
