Breath Body Soul yoga studio is a welcoming community known for its laid back, go-with-the-flow-vibe that encourages intuitive movement, allowing each individual the freedom to explore fitness and yoga in a fun, safe, non-threatening way.

Our studio was founded by Sue Berger and Ashtyn Thomas in 2014, and was renamed Breath Body Soul in 2016. Under our new umbrella of wellness, we now offer cycling, and our exclusive BODY 27 fitness classes, as well as yoga. All of the yoga classes (view our class descriptions here) are movement driven, while encouraging each individual the freedom to move easily through the poses. Our classes guide you using simple directional cues while allowing space for people to explore what feels good in their body without expectation or force. At Breath Body Soul we believe that the safest yoga experience is when we listen to our bodies and trust the process. If something doesn't feel right, then trust that there is a better way for your body to do that pose. The magic of yoga is in YOU--not in the flow or the pose. When we approach the mat with ease and honesty; tuning inward, listening to what our body is telling us and honoring that present space—that is the healing, the power, the yoga.

Exclusive to Breath Body Soul are the BODY 27 fitness classes. Body 27 was created by owner and founder, Sue Berger. Sue brings over twenty-four years of experience in the fitness industry, creating and teaching group fitness classes ranging from cycling, body sculpt, boot camp, step, core training, yoga, HIIT and interval training, barre and more. A Body 27 class is a 27 minute full-body workout, including cardio and toning body conditioning exercises that bring you the best of cycling, boot-camp, barre and core in one powerful 27 minute class. This is a workout that anyone can do. Each exercise in this class can be modified for any body.
