Spring River Paramedic Ambulance Service (Srpas) is here to serve all of the citizens of Sharp County and the surrounding areas,with bases in Cherokee Village,Ozark Acres and Cave City and we are here for all of your emergency and non-emergency needs. Srpas has 20 fulltime Nationally Registered Emt's and Paramedics, 3 full-time office staff and multiple part-time employees. We are a professional and compassionate company, who truely care about the health,privacy and well being and you and your family.

Srpas also sponsers a membership program called, TotalCare, which provides for the prepayment of copayments and deductibles for all medically necessary ambulance services. TotalCare also offers a reduced fee for non-emergency transports which are not covered by insurance. This subscription program covers up to 300 miles of patient transport per year. TotalCare is not an insurance policy or supplement.
