SE Social Media accounts are intended to provide information that engages our constituents in a meaningful way and enhances and strengthens our brand. While we encourage you to share comments related to Southeastern, we will review all content and comments and reserve the right to remove posts of a prohibited nature or those which do not relate to Southeastern.

Posts that are prohibited and will be deleted include but are not limited to:
• Obscene, offensive, discriminatory, profane, racist, sexist, threats, hate speech, fighting words, or posts which bully, intimidate, or harass other user(s)
• Pornographic content, gratuitous or graphic violence, or any the depiction of sexual or excretory functions
• Explicit or implicit personal attacks on other users, students, staff, faculty, coaches, student-athletes or administrators
• Gambling, betting, odds, or wagering on any sport at any competition level (e.g. college, professional) or illegal activity
• Unauthorized commercial, political or fund raising solicitations, spam, or copyright/trademark infringement
• Posts that deliberately post inappropriate or offensive comments on the page in order to elicit responses from other users
• Libel or defamation
• Duplicate posts
• Posts which advertise or promote goods or services. Official partners of the Southeastern Oklahoma State University Athletics may post limited marketing messages so long as they obtain the expressed written consent of the office of External Athletic Operations. Southeastern Athletics must ensure that messages comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and additionally, is compliant with NCAA rules and legislation. If there is any question, content will be submitted to the Compliance Office for approval before posting, and may not be posted until approval is granted.

Southeastern accounts abide by the corresponding social media platform user agreements and statements of rights and responsibilities and we ask each user to do the same. Users are expected to abide by all applicable laws, regulations, rules and policies including the University’s Student Code of conduct, the University's Discrimination and Harassment Policy, and other regulations and policies concerning public communications.

Comments, images and other content posted to this account do not necessarily represent the opinions of the University and Southeastern. By participating on this page you acknowledge this policy and agree to the terms above.

Violations of the above policies, or behavior deemed inappropriate by the Southeastern Oklahoma State University Athletics may result in banning a user from the official social media pages without warning. First offense is just cause for being banned, though the University reserve the right to determine and review on a case-by-case basis as deemed appropriate.
