South Plains College Fire Academy 3.47

South Plains College Basic Fire Academy provides Texas Commission on Fire Protection (TCFP)-certified Basic Fire Suppression training, advanced TCFP certification classes such as Fire Officer, Wildland Firefighter, and Fire Instructor, and an Associate Degree in Fire Technology. Academy classes are held at Lubbock Fire Rescue's Training Complex; other classes and the office for our staff are located at the SPC Byron Martin Advanced Technology Center (BMATC) campus, located at 3201 Ave Q in Lubbock.
