You'll also find people working very hard to bring high-quality local and organic food to a small community in the most responsible manner we can manage. The tomatoes in our sauce are non-GMO as is the fryer oil, and we try to use organic ingredients when available and feasible. We have 6KW PV on our roof and plenty of space to add gardens and outdoor events.
