Sonic Athletics Teens & Kids - Wallingford 2.97

Sonic combines the elements of gymnastics, weightlifting and body weight exercises with cardiovascular bursts such as running, skipping, jumping and much more. During our classes we use a combination of games, circuits and skill development. We specialize in not specializing giving kids an overall more balanced body.

Our mission is to give kids and teens in the Seattle area greater access to movement by providing them with their own facility, community and dedicated coaches.

We are a general and inclusive place of movement teaching kids healthy habits early and/or supplementing sport specific training.

We strive to build an active lifestyle at a young age and we ensure that all kids, regardless of their fitness level, are part of the class.

And, by making fitness fun kids and teens want to come back and build healthy habits for life. We are excited to have you come join us!
