General Rental Information:

Normal Ski Season: Thanksgiving through Mid-March
(slopes are open) (weather cooperating)
Spring, Summer, Fall: Mid-March to Thanksgiving

Mid-Week nights: (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Weekend nights: (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Condo Rental Rates:

Ski Season: Mid-Week: $ 250.00 per night
Weekend: $ 300.00 per night
Off Season: Mid-Week: $ 150.00 per night
Weekend: $ 200.00 per night
Notes:
1. Most Rentals require a $75.00 Cleaning/Laundry Fee (non-refundable).

2. A 2-night minimum stay is required.

3. If our home is not booked and you book within 7 days of your arrival date 10% discount will apply.

4. If you book 4 or more nights we waive the cleaning fee.
