Shipping & Policies:

Shipping is free to customers for orders over $100.00
Customers are responsible for shipping fees for any orders under $100.00

Simply Elegant by Brandy ships anywhere within the Continental United States only.

Accepts any major credit cards or PayPal.

All packages are shipped via USPS priority mail Monday-Friday and within 1-3 days of payment being received. I use flat rate boxes to ship all packages, which includes a tracking number.

If ever you are not satisfied, you do not love your purchase, and product is not damaged, simply private message me that you will be returning your product and ship it back to me within 24 hours upon delivery and I will issue you a refund. *Product must be returned in an undamaged, new condition in order to receive a refund. Shipping costs for returns will be paid for by the customer and will not be included in the refund. Return will be non-refundable if customer does not contact me with the 24 hours timeframe.

Custom orders are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchanges.

In the event your product was damaged during shipping please private message me with a picture of the damaged product and return it after 24 hours of delivery of the product. Once I receive the damaged, returned product, I will issue a refund, which will include the return shipping fee. Return will be non- refundable if customer does not contact me with the 24 hours timeframe.

In the event a package is lost and not delivered at fault of the ship owner; a refund or replacement item will not be sent or your account refunded until an investigation has been completed with the postal service. The tracking number and delivery confirmation is included for this purpose.
