ABOUT SEMENEYA:
Semeneya was created in 1999 when owner Lee Rios began giving salsa lessons in his small apartment. Within weeks, he was so flooded with requests he had to expand to a humble studio space. An internationally renown performer and instructor, he is considered the pioneer of the salsa and Latin dance movement in San Antonio and South Texas.

In 2010, Rios finally achieved his dream of creating a European style latin dance school in San Antonio with the grand opening of 7,000 square foot, multi-level master studio which doubles as a dance studio and special event center.
