Hi my name is Tracy Stillion and I am a wedding consultant. I have been a wedding coordinator and planner also.

What's the difference? A wedding planner consults, plans all details, booking venues, caterers etc. and is usually responsible for a team setting up and tearing down. A wedding coordinator consults and makes sure all details of the wedding day run smoothly. Like the wedding planner, the wedding coordinator makes sure everyone is in there proper place and runs the rehearsal.

Most of my experience has been as a wedding coordinating. I have now coordinated more than 65 weddings, not the mention some I have worked as a planner.

I have found though that often times the Bride to be needs the most help in the consulting stages, especially if they have family and friends willing and able to step up and each do one or tasks the day of the wedding.

Consulting is where I come in. We (the Bride and I) will discuss the wedding and however much detail you have at that time. You may invite of course the groom, parent or anyone that you feel has an input in the planning stages. I can easily be the buffer between you and someone that's being a little to controlling. You may also come by yourself.

For a an extra fee, I can even run the rehearsal.

At our first meeting we will go over many details, and I will send papers home with you at that time. You and your fiancé will complete papers at least 2 weeks before your wedding. At that time we will have our 2nd meeting and line up all the details and assignments for your helpers. We will discuss the service right down to the music and dances.

I promise even after the first meeting you feel like a huge burden had been lifted.

I am very reasonably priced and the organization and help you'll receive is priceless.

Our first meeting is about 1 1/2 to 2 hours and are second meeting is close to the same. I do collect monies up front at the first meeting, unless we have made a previous agreement by phone before the first meeting.

My total fee is $225 to $250 depending on our location that we meet.

If you would like me to run the rehearsal an extra $100 dollars would be due at our second meeting.

Some extra traveling costs depending upon travel. This would all be discussed up front.
