Sea Rose Cottage is a combination retail shop and studio space created by decorative painter Nancy Chace. Located in a historic home on the coast of Bristol, Rhode Island, Sea Rose Cottage is an authorized retailer and the first New England Stockist of Annie Sloan chalk paints and waxes. We use these versatile products to reclaim, restore, and restyle vintage finds that we feature on our blog and for sale in the shop.

Sea Rose Cottage carries Annie Sloan’s line of European and historic inspired paint colors. These specially designed paints can be used on almost any surface (drywall, wood, metal, matte plastic, concrete, terracotta) and for a variety of applications (furniture, floors, walls, cabinetry, decorative objects). Best of all, there’s no need to sand or prime! Whether you are looking for a time-worn look or a clean, modern feel, you can achieve the finish you want with our selection of chalk paints, waxes, books, and supplies.

The store is open during scheduled retail hours or by appointment. Summer hours most Fridays and Saturdays 10-5 or by appointment. CLOSED July 22nd & 23rd.
