Details

This historic site is the remnant of a once very important cultural center for the German-American community in the Quad City (Iowa & Illinois) area. It is one of a handful of Schuetzen Parks to survive in the U.S. Though no longer as it was, the site still offers many recreational opportunities such as hiking, wildlife viewing, nature appreciation and sporadic cultural events.
