**At Salon Victoria, your 100% satisfaction is our goal. Please note the following policies on refunds and cancellations:
-Services received cannot be refunded.
-Returns on products can be made within 7 days of purchase with a receipt, only if product is unopened and unused.
-No refunds on gift certificates can be given. Gift certificates can only be redeemed with the stylist that is specified.

-If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you please give at least 24 hours advanced notice. Some stylists may ask for a 50% deposit that will be forfeited if you do not show up or cancel with sufficient 24 hour notice.
