The Sailboat Bend Art Festival is taking place in Fort Lauderdale's most central park (Esplanade Park), which is riverside and right in front of the Broward Performing Art Center and the Science Museum/IMAX. This is within the Boundary of the historic Sailboat Bend neighborhood!
