At SACRED YOGA, we blend the physical and mental practice while exercising strength, flexibility and breathing techniques, with the ultimate goal of uniting mind, body, and spirit. Classes include Basic and Intermediate, as well as 101 classes for those who are brand new to the practice of yoga.
