A design focused on community. A design from the Northwest. Whether approaching from the north or south, the curves and diversity of Rubix's architecture draw you towards the building. A sculpture in motion begs to be interacted with. Rubix's main floor is an integrated environment combining the energy of a hotel lobby with a small café that opens up into the lobby during the day. A rear lawn allows for respite and relaxation. Common spaces encourage entertaining and gathering with neighbors.
