CrossFit is a "Constantly Varied, High Intensive, Functional Movement" strength and conditioning program. It incorporates Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio/respiratory work into a full body, second to none workout. It is universally scaleable (can be modified) so it is appropriate for all levels and ages.
We provide 2 educational classes as part of the membership. These On Ramp clases and are mandatory for all new CrossFitters, as they provide instruction on the 9 foundations of movements to prevent injuries. Please visit http://bit.ly/1egWyF9 to schedule your free On Ramp sessions.

M-F: 5:20a, 7:30a, 4:30p, 5:30p, 6:30p
Saturday: 7:45a GRINDER class (members only), 9a Community class (FREE class for anyone!)
