Rivermont Avenue Baptist Church is a warm and caring congregation dedicated to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ by "Connecting People to God and Each Other". With a strong, scripture laden sermon that sets our worship theme, our worship style blends elements of Contemporary, Traditional and Contemplative Celtic Christian. Rivermont Avenue Baptist Church is located in one of Lynchburg's historic districts. Our beautiful brick church is easily found at the corner of Rivermont Avenue and Bedford Avenue. The Lynchburg Expressway's Exit 1A to Main Street will easily connect you to our church. Continue through Downtown on to Rivermont Avenue after crossing the bridge. You'll find us at the top of the hill.
