Located in downtown Los Angeles, Redbird is carved into one of the city’s most historic edifices, inside the rectory building of Vibiana - the wedding, events and performing arts venue. Chef Neal Fraser with Amy Knoll Fraser have crafted a beautifully dynamic restaurant space with 25 seats in the lounge, 24 at the wraparound indoor/outdoor bar and 66 in the courtyard with a retractable ceiling. Guests will be able to tailor their experience with the ability to enjoy Fraser’s menu, a robust cocktail program by Tobin Shea as well as an unexpected wine list, at any seating area within the restaurant.
