Hi!

My name is Caleb Dougherty and I am the owner and creator at Red Stag Woodworking. My wife Rebecca and I, along with our daughter Rose, live in the beautiful Oregon countryside outside of the little town of Brownsville.

We are excited to be able to start putting time and energy into what has been a lifelong dream for us both: running a home business! My passion for woodworking began when I was very young. My father worked finish construction for years, eventually starting his own home business in the house I grew up in. I have always loved working in the shop with him and seeing the wonder and joy on his customers' faces as we helped make their house a home to be proud of!

I started making my own custom woodworking pieces in high school after falling in love with just how special handcrafted, custom gifts can be! It's been a lifelong dream of mine to be able to provide for my loved ones in the same way my parents did for us growing up.

Now that Rebecca and I have a home of our own and have gotten our family started with the birth of our sweet baby Rose in September of 2016, we are excited to start our next big adventure together!!
