POW is a group that meets several times a week for physically demanding, informative and enjoyable training in the sport of 'MMA'. We also bring in Celebrity and Guest Coaches to teach the Crew. Twice a Month a Local Yoga Instructor donates her time to Instruct pow on Ashtanga Yoga, putting them through a 60-90 Yoga session. The results from this program are immense and range widely from individual to individual.
