Mission Statement. The question is not what we do or how we do it but...why? Why do we do what we do? The answer is that we believe that well executed orthodontic care will provide you with a lifelong benefit of great esthetics, improved self-worth and a general improvement in both systemic and psychological health.
Vision. Our vision for our practice is to provide you…yes, YOU…. With the treatment that you seek while still keeping with our core tenets of excellent orthodontic care. While doing so, we wish to grow our organization, team and systems while providing great orthodontic treatment for a growing patient population.
Core Values. Integrity do unto others as you would do to oneself. If your treatment plan doesn’t meet the metric you would apply to your own children, then we won’t recommend it.
Need. There’s an old saying that in short, says, “nobody died from a bad bite”. We will not persuade anyone into treatment because their bite doesn’t fit the ideal espoused by the orthodontic institution over the last century. If you or your child has an airway constriction, then we can help with that. If you are simply looking for esthetic improvement, we can provide that as well. Plagiarizing a recent add: “We know a thing or two because we’ve seen a thing or two”.
Ownership. Both you, the patient, and we, the providers, own the orthodontic process. We expect as much from you as we do from ourselves. (So please keep your teeth clean and wear those darn elastics.) We’ll take the “burden” from there.
Value. Let’s face it, orthodontic treatment is expensive. So are new snow machines. We all place a priority on that which we seek. Please be assured that we strive to keep our fees low enough to allow access to care but also let us meet payroll, etc. and won’t keep you from that new toy (we like toys too).
Access. We don’t discriminate against race, religion, origin, sexual identity, language or political affiliation. If you seek orthodontic care, we want you to consider us.
