OUR CORE VALUES

“The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing”
Above all else, we believe Jesus Christ, his person and his transforming message of love, is the main thing in all of life. Our conviction is that the more we stay focused and connected to him, the more true life we will experience.

“All ages, all growing, all the time”
We believe that discipleship is not something we do in addition to our “regular” lives. As we grow in following Jesus, we will see that he is concerned with how we live all the time, wherever we are. We want to model this kind of life to the next generation.

“It’s OK to no be OK”
We don’t have to get ourselves together before we can experience God in a personal way. We can be real about our imperfection while at the same time, trust that we are loved and on a growth path to a better place.

“Bring Doubts—Pursue Faith”
Real people often have honest doubts. We want to be a place where it is OK to ask questions about faith. Asking the hard questions can be a way for us to grow in our faith while simplistic answers can cause our faith to waver.
