Grane At Home 2.21

Grane At Home provides care for seniors and those recovering from a short term illness or disability in the comfort of their own homes. Our companions assist our clients with activities of daily living, including assistance with bathing, dressing and bathroom assistance, medication reminders, and exercise assistance. They also provide household management including laundry assistance, changing the bed linens, taking out the garbage and light housekeeping. All of our companions have their own vehicles, making it easy to transport our clients wherever they need to go. We escort clients to the grocery store, social activities in the community, family functions and medically necessary appointments. We know that everyone’s care needs are different so each care plan is made specific to our clients and can be adjusted to fit their changing needs.
