Details

As the Area Agency on Aging for Ouachita Parish, OCA is mandated by the Louisiana Governor's Office of Elderly Affairs to administer activities for seniors, age 60 and over. OCA is an advocate for senior citizens and operates Carolyn Rose Strauss Senior Center and 11 other satellite dining/activity sites in the parish, as well as contracting with West Ouachita Senior Center in West Monroe and SCORE (Senior Citizens OutReach Entity) located in Richwood, LA.
