Organic Man Coffee Trike 4.6

I migrated from Torreon, Mexico to New York City pursuing the "American dream" in the early 90's. That was my first experience with the coffee world: I discovered espresso machines, coffee beans and roasting. I did not know back then that I would eventually immerse myself in one of the most amazing experiences in my life.

Family circumstances brought me back to Laredo, where I later married. I found a job in retail, truck driving and later the oil field. Then it happened: the oil industry suffered a crisis in 2016 and I lost my job.

While attending a yoga class, I heard about our local farmer's market. I wanted to be part of this local project and one day, it all came back to me. It was time to work on my dream: my very own COFFEE trike!

Although popular in Europe, the TRIKE reminds me of my Mexican culture. I want to share the coffee drinking experience at a personal level and work on your cup of coffee, always offering the best ingredients. My mission is to share with you my passion for a variety of high quality ORGANIC and freshly roasted coffee beans from several parts of the world.
