Open Door Community 4.03

The Open Door Community has been operating since 1981 Offering showers, clothes, toiletries and Soup Kitchens with Delicious meals. After 35 years we are having to close our doors here at 910 Ponce. But the Open Door Community is not dying. A small group of us are moving to Baltimore, MD. There we will continue our prison ministries here in Ga and we will engage in the works of mercy in Baltimore where we can. * Hardwick Prison Trip: We need volunteers with vehicles (minivans or 4-door sedans) to help transport family members of prisoners on this day-long trip to the state prisons in Hardwick near Milledgeville, Georgia. We go on the third Saturday each month, and the trip lasts from 8:45 am until around 5:30 pm. For more information, please call 770-246-7622 or email opendoorcomm@bellsouth.net.
