Nucleus is a co-venture of The Entrepreneurs Center (TEC) and Nucleus CoShare to create, caretake and evolve a comprehensive creative and entrepreneurial ecosystem for the greater Dayton Region.

Nucleus Place: Experience cosharing and entrepreneurial culture in an affordable environment that provides opportunities for open coworking, dedicated desks and private office space. Nucleus Place also includes over 2,000-square feet of co-share space and a 1,200-square-foot photo/video studio with a massive cyclorama wall that can be rented out by the public as well as a Recording Studio with all capabilities operated by Mega Fauna Sound.

Nucleus Biz: Get customized startup and business development support through a variety of structured and informal acceleration, incubation, mentoring and funding mechanisms.

Nucleus U: Keep current with a variety of creative and business programming, including workshops, meetups and experiential internship/externship programs designed to connect students and local citizenry with Nucleus’ educational and business opportunities.
