Nova restaurant is now serving Central Florida, and specializes in upscale American farm-to-table cuisine using only natural, local and sustainable ingredients. NOVA’s atmosphere is beautiful and elegant, but never pretentious.

NOVA is short for North Orange and Virginia, and is located in the heart of the Ivanhoe District. It has easy access for everyone in Central Florida, plenty of convenient parking and a gorgeous lake view. In case you were wondering - the restaurant lighting is set for you to look good whether you’re on a date, relaxing with family and friends, or in the mood to snap a selfie!

NOVA local partners include Lake Meadow Naturals, Dakin Dairy, Cahaba Farms, Cusano's Bakery, Mountain Trail Farms, Springer Mountain Farms, Jackman Ranch. NOVA only used local businesses to design and build everything in the restaurant - from the light fixtures down to the tables and floors.

At NOVA, we invite you to come as you are - whether it’s dressed up from work or in a simple t-shirt and jeans. The only rule we have is that you be prepared for us to exceed your expectations with a delicious meal and hospitality that’s straight from the heart.
