Northshore Emergency Center opened in 2011. We are filling the need for high quality, 24/7 emergency care close to home for Northshore residents and the surrounding counties. Our 10,000-square-foot facility in Portland, TX offers an answer for patients who previously had to cross the Harbor Bridge into Corpus Christi for emergency treatment, diagnostic services, or imaging needs.

We strive to provide expert care that is both easily accessible and friendly. As part of HCA Corpus Christi Medical Center, we are accredited by the Joint Commission. Our larger network provides patients with peace of mind knowing they have found care in a system that can provide it for them, whether for a minor injury or major surgery.
