That’s why we seek out abandoned, distressed, and foreclosed properties to repair and renovate in an affordable manner in order to reconnect them with a person or family looking to start something new.

The impact of this is twofold. First, it improves not only the house itself but also the neighborhood that it is in. Second, it gives someone a chance to call that house their home either by renting or buying.
