2. To Equip Dynamic Disciples
a. Plan and conduct discipleship training
b. Discipleship is a follow-up process that grows a new, born-again person into a dynamic disciple of Christ
c. Meet with deacon and deaconess in training
d. Meet with trustee
e. Create monthly devotional calendar
f. Conduct teachers training
g. Figure out how to distribute church calendar and contacts electronically
h. Use conference bridge for some meetings and discussions
i. Distribute marriage, men, women, children, and other spiritual enrichment materials
j. Topics include:

k. Organize 7 Teams for Passionate Ministry (Gift Test People into Ministry)
i. Outreach (global missions, Master’s hands, faith in action)
ii. Wow (ushers, parking, hospitality)
iii. Shock & Awe (photography, web, graphic art, acting)
iv. Worship (musicians, singers, choir, worship volunteers)
v. Follow-up (care ministry, greeters, altar prayer, iPrayer)
vi. Children/Students (ages 0-12th grade)

3. To Evangelize the Sinner
a. Be found on line (we are a millennial church)
i. Establish Facebook site
ii. Create email address and group email address
iii. Encourage people and reach out via online services (eVite, others)
b. Be found in the phone book
c. Ensure mail is routed to PO Box or set up mailbox at 6635
d. Improve our sign with lighting and brighter colors
e. Get stamp with church name, address, and phone number
f. Get tracts, business cards, brochures, letterhead
g. Use Our Daily Bread books for encouragement
h. Prepare visitor welcome packet
i. Follow up visitors with thank you letter
j. Be prepared to disciple new converts and new members
4. To Enrich Society
a. Establish building fund
b. Establish scholarship fund
c. Update envelopes to include scripture and space for each fund
d. Check on renter’s insurance
e. Check smoke detectors
f. Beautify church with seasonal flowers (Poinsettias, for example)
g. Get involved in community events and causes
h. Reach out to the homeless
i. Reach out to prisons
j. Reach out to sick and shut in
k. Reach out to schools
